The Pueblo County and Southern Colorado areas have so much to offer, whether you are looking for adventure, a place to raise your children or you are ready to retire, you will feel at home in one of these communities.
Pueblo, Colorado – located along the Arkansas River and Fountain Creek, the area is located in a “banana belt” and tends to get less snow than the other major cities in Colorado. Pueblo is one of the largest steel producing cities in the US, and is home to the Historic Arkansas River Project that is located along the historic Union Avenue. The current population is over 100,000 people. Pueblo is the hometown of 4 Medal of Honor recipients, which is more than any other city in America. Pueblo offers every type of property you are looking for.
Pueblo West, Colorado – a community that has every type of property type you can imagine. Golf course living, acreage for horses, condos and properties near Lake Pueblo Reservoir. This area is considered “rural”, but it is pretty self sustaining with a Walmart, Safeway, Walgreen’s, many restaurants and businesses.
Beulah, Colorado – mountain living that isn’t too far from the “big city”. Beulah is a small community with beautiful views and everything from cabins to large mountain homes. The mountain grass in the area is a great place for livestock.
Colorado City / Rye, Colorado – situated at the San Isabel National Park foothills, both of these rural towns offer “in town” living as well as rural properties. Located about 25 minutes southwest of Pueblo, you can have the small town feel with out being too far away.
